After applying, you'll need to complete an engineer-focused math assessment. You have around 7 to 10 days to finish it, starting from when you get the notification. It's not super difficult, but it does involve topics like calculus.
The process was pretty straightforward. First, there was a screening round with some math problems and writing prompts about personal experiences. Then, I had a virtual interview. After that, I was given a 3-hour project to complete on relevant topics.
This is a rigorous interview process for a company that really cares about the quality of their work. It's a lengthy process, but every step serves a clear purpose. The math problems aren't too tough if you're a good fit for the role. The situational questions are designed to gauge your response to scenarios consultants face often. It might take more effort than most interviews, but those who are truly dedicated and understand what ALL4 is about will put in the extra work. Not every engineering graduate can do this job, and the interview process reflects that.
