First, I had a pre-screening call with HR. Then, there was an in-person interview at the store with both the store manager and the district manager. HR also requested at least three references from my previous jobs.
The interview process was really nice! The people were friendly and although I did not end up working here it was a good experience. Great people and great company! I highly recommend.
I sent in my application by email and they got back to me pretty fast, calling to set up a phone interview within a week. I interviewed the very next day. The interview wasn't super hard, but there was a discrepancy. Their website said you needed to be able to stand for 2-3 hours, but during the interview, they said it was actually 6-8 hours. That's a dealbreaker for me, so the interview pretty much ended there. I wouldn't have even applied if they had been upfront about the standing requirement.
