We did a video interview where I had to record my answers, then a Zoom interview that included a five-minute creative performance of my choice, and finally a skills assessment where my Word and Excel abilities were tested.
This interview process was really confusing and strange, almost like a psychological test rather than a way to find a candidate. You can expect a bunch of rounds with weird requests and tasks. If you get to the in-person part, it feels unwelcoming and tense. It seems like a tough place to work overall.
The interview process involved a presentation or performance piece, followed by a skills test. After that, there were two in-person interviews. I noticed some negative comments about the organization online, and I felt a similar vibe during my last interview.
