I had a sort of test to see my personality and choices after some standard questions. They said I'd get a call back but never did. I called three times and finally got a reason why I wasn't hired: I "just wasn’t a good fit." I emailed them again recently since they're always hiring, and they said I was lying and there's no record of me being interviewed. That's absolute crap. The interviewer was judgmental and rude.
I applied online and heard back that same day to schedule an interview. Following the initial chat, I did a working interview out in the field for a day and then got hired on the spot.
The interview process was easy and made the company out to be a great place to work. The office administrator that I spoke with was kind and cracked jokes the whole time (she is no longer with the company) and we got along great. She said she would love to offer me a position and explained a little about the company. Everything sounded great and aboveboard to me at the time, because I didn't know any better. I later learned that things I was told about transportation and pay were incorrect.
