I first applied online through AppleOne for other jobs and got a call from a recruiter to set up a meeting. During that meeting, we talked about what I was looking for, and she asked if I'd be interested in an in-house role. About a week later, I spoke with the Branch Manager about the position in more detail. The next week, I met with the Regional Manager, and two weeks after that, they offered me the job.
I went through a 4-round interview process with Apple One and All's Well Healthcare. It started with a branch manager, then an area manager, then a divisional manager, and the final interview was with the VP of All's Well. The interviews were good and everyone was professional and helpful. However, I was offered a job I never discussed and it was for 31% less than advertised. The offer was non-negotiable. I'd avoid All's Well and Apple One because they try to underpay for management roles and use deceptive hiring practices and strong-arm tactics.
I spoke directly with the client, not through an agency. It was a single interview with a regional manager from the client company. The interview lasted about half an hour, and I was offered a temporary job.
