Candidate-reported interview process

I was really excited to interview for the Associate role at All Points because I liked their client work. When I got there, I had to wait for a bit. Lots of people walked by and sat near me, but only one said hello. Nobody else even looked at me, which felt weird and made me more nervous. The interviewer seemed bored and not really paying attention, even checking her phone while I talked. I left feeling let down because it was so different from the friendly vibe they show online. I expected it to be warmer and more welcoming.

The interview was conversational and not intimidating. The interviewer was transparent and focused on 'why should I hire you?' while also wanting to learn about me.

I had a first call with a staff member, then an in-person interview with the manager and other staff. It was both an interview and an overview of the company and responsibilities.
