Candidate-reported interview process

So we all got called into a room, and they told us how the interview would go and what the next steps were. We all had to show our English test scores. Then, there was a face-to-face interview with two other people. After that, we had a health check.

The interview process involves two rounds, conducted in Japanese. The first round is a casual conversation focusing on personal details. The second round includes an HR representative, and after the interview, HR will discuss the benefits.

I had an online chat with a recruiter and then an in-person meeting with ANA staff. The recruiter wasn't super clear in their communication, but the interview itself was pretty standard and went okay. It lasted about 20 to 30 minutes.
