My interview was in 2023 and the whole thing felt really unorganized. The interviewer was late and hadn't even looked at my resume. They also had to cut the interview short because their coworkers needed the meeting room they had booked.
It was easy and I didn’t even have an interview and got the job in 30 seconds. But you don’t get paid well at all for the type of work you are doing.
First, I had an interview with a corporate recruiter. I was offered a second interview but declined. While scheduling was smooth, with flexible availability during business hours, the screening interview questions felt a bit unusual, possibly to filter out less experienced candidates. They asked for my employment timelines, which are on my resume, and for me to tell them about myself. My own questions received vague answers, making the 30 minutes feel like a waste. The company seems promising with good benefits, but the screening process could be improved. The recruiter was nice, but this is my honest experience.
