From the very beginning, they exemplified how much they deeply care about people and relationships. I felt very valued, heard, and respected. They go to the extent of creating personalized videos, candidate webpages, and assessments to make sure the candidate clearly understands the process. During the different interviews, I felt they were very genuine and honest. The process is very thorough, which is good because it shows how much they value their mission, culture, and relationships. Honestly, the interview experience was one of the best I've ever had.
The whole hiring process took about two weeks from my application to getting the offer. First, I had a Teams interview. After that, I had to do some online tests. Then, I had a second interview, this time in person, where I took more tests at their office. The last interview was with the CEO on Teams. The interviewers were good at explaining the company's culture and their EOS system. The tests took longer than the actual interviews.
The interview process was pretty extensive, with several parts like an intro call, phone interviews, and different tests (personality, QuickBooks, general accounting knowledge). It took a bit over a month to finish everything. I actually enjoyed every bit of it. They explained each step clearly, so there were no surprises. The AIOA team was super helpful with any questions I had, no matter the stage. The candidate journey page was a really cool and unique touch I hadn't seen before.
