Candidate-reported interview process

First, I had a phone interview with a recruiter. Then, I was part of a team interview where they asked me questions in Spanish, about my past experiences, and about hypothetical situations. They also asked me a bit about myself.

First they had an interview with HR/hiring manager. Then there was a second interview with the clinical director and supervisor. Finally, there was a follow up meeting with HR to get the offer letter. All of these were done over the phone and via zoom.

Simple one on one interview with a potential for multiple interviews typically up to three max. HR or recruiter, then direct supervisor and then department head. It was straight forward and gives you a great opportunity to learn more about the organization.
