Candidate-reported interview process

Had a quick 10-minute Zoom call with the hiring manager, then a longer interview with them and an operations head. Before the second interview, there was a written test to do and submit about 30 minutes prior.

So basically, there was no interview process. Someone else told me it was just to tick boxes. I met all the requirements but they ghosted me and took down the job posting.

The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a phone screen, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a case study. The final stage involved presenting the case study to a panel. However, I was ghosted by both the Hiring Manager and the recruiter after they communicated the case study details.
