Candidate-reported interview process
The hiring process took about 2.5 months from the initial interview to the start date. The team interviewing was great and communicative throughout the process. There were 3 rounds of interviews.
First interviewed with Lisa over the phone and then the entire front office in a conference room all at once. Mainly Lisa and another guy asked most of the questions. Heard back from them a couple days later.
First interview was with the Sales Manager, covered typical interview questions, and included one or two tough ones. The second interview was with the Northeast Region VP, and then I got the offer. The whole thing took about 3 weeks.
