The process was super easy. First, you talk to the HR coordinator, then you interview with your potential sales manager. After that, there's a personality/trait test. It's pretty straightforward if you've had a sales job before.
I spoke with HR, then had an interview with the Manager. After that, I took a personality test in the office. Finally, there was a selection interview with the Manager and his superior. The Manager was drinking during my 9 am interview. He mentioned a 1-week training to handle over 60 calls daily and stated only two other people knew how to do the job. Given this and other company reviews, it was a definite no for me.
The interview process was really engaging and they really dug deep. If they thought you'd be a valuable addition to the team, they'd set you up to talk with top performers on the team, as well as the manager.
