It was a situational interview where they asked me about my experience with problem solving and decision making. They also asked about my computer and communication skills and my ability to take detailed notes. They were understanding about my schedule flexibility and worked around my school schedule.
The interview process was easy, both women seemed very nice. DON’T park in front of the office though. The receptionist will come out and rudely ask you to move because the spaces are reserved. You’re supposed to know that, even thought they’re not marked. First major turn off! Mostly spoke about situational experiences and they described the company, culture, business functions and such in the interview. Everyone seemed very nice, but research the company and employees further before making a decision. Everything you see is accurate and was confirmed when I found out that a family member was a former employee.
The interview process was quite long to verify all my credentials against my resume. I had two interviews before they made the job offer. I met the owner during the second interview, and they were really engaged and involved in the daily operations of the business.
