The interview process is pretty standard and methodical. It starts with a phone call, then a presentation, followed by one-on-one meetings with at least six different people. The final stage involves meeting with the hiring manager and HR. You really need to have a strong scientific background to handle some of the questions that come up.

The interview process includes a 45-minute presentation with 15 minutes for questions, followed by one-on-one meetings with employees, and finally a meeting with HR if everything goes well.

I had 3 rounds of virtual interviews. First was HR screening. Second interview was with the hiring manager and 5 other team members in a panel. Third was a 2-day interview. Day 1 had a 45-minute presentation with Q&A, followed by 6 panel interviews. Day 2 continued with 6 more panel interviews. Round 3 was mostly with the senior leadership team and some scientists. It was exhausting, but they were all professional and kind, giving a positive impression. I asked them tough management and leadership questions to check for red flags, and they all passed my test.
