I spoke with HR and then the hiring manager. After that, I didn't hear anything back. I tried to contact HR but couldn't get a response. I feel like just getting a simple 'no' and a well-wish shouldn't be too much to ask.
The last part of the process was 5 back to back interviews in person, on site. A few days later, I was told I didn't get the job. My recruiters got feedback that I 'didn't have enough experience'.
I had an initial chat with HR, which I thought went pretty well. But then, after chasing them a few times, they just went radio silent. The communication was terrible, just completely ghosted.
