Candidate-reported interview process
We went through over 20 interviews and 8 hours of psychometric testing. It involved developing business cases, which felt like free consulting. We got very little feedback and no follow-up. The interviews were back-to-back and intensive, involving multiple stakeholders. It was consensus-driven but unstructured, and took a lot of time and effort. The lack of follow-up and feedback felt disrespectful, but it did give a clear picture of the organization, its values, and potential challenges.
The interview process was efficient and thorough. After a phone screening, I had one-on-one conversations with several team members. However, responses have been very slow, with no reply to my last email for over 3 weeks. There was also a writing assignment after the interview stages.
Really smooth process. I had an excellent impression throughout. I would not hesitate to engage in more discussions and career with Alix Partners. Overall, really inspirational people and outstanding leaders - with a great balance of EQ and IQ.
