The interview went well with the HR person. She gave me a project that requires building a model. The model is to predict a training sample by knowing the results of a testing sample with any software I'm familiar with. The challenge is that the independent variables are more than the observations.
It was a really thorough process, with personality tests, an IQ assessment, and then a phone interview. They seem really committed to hiring top people.
Went through a few rounds. Started with an HR round where they asked some basic HR questions. Then, I had an in-person interview with two directors. It was a very relaxed conversation, more like a chat, but they were definitely evaluating me throughout. Finally, I had a phone interview with an MD.
