I applied on LinkedIn and about a week later, they requested my transcripts. After a 3-week period of silence, the HR manager contacted me for a phone interview. This call was mainly about my current job and why I want this role. Then, I had a detailed interview with two senior consultants, focusing on competencies and including two case studies. After that, I was invited to their office for an assessment, which involved a QI test, writing an essay, and completing two psychological profiling tests.
The whole process was long but it was a really competitive scheme so it made sense to filter people out. It started with a CV and skills essay (300 words), then a Skype interview, followed by psychometric tests (numerical and verbal reasoning). After that was an assessment centre which included verifying the tests. The final step was an interview with the MD and more tests (personality and abstract thinking). I made it to the end but unfortunately didn't get an offer.
First there was an HR screening, then an interview with the manager and some online tests. After that, I had an interview with a psychologist. The last step was a working interview with the manager.
