I sent in my resume and HR called me pretty quickly, like within a day, to set up a phone chat. After that, they had me come in for a test and an in-person interview where I met three different people.

The process took about 5 hours to complete the testing and interviews. They wanted to check my skills in Microsoft Office, typing, and basic math, among other things. There was also an interview with an on-site psychology expert. Then, I interviewed with my potential boss and some future coworkers, which was good for getting a feel for the team. My advice is to eat a big breakfast because breaks are not really provided. The tests are timed.

First, the talent acquisition team will call you for about 30 minutes. Then, you'll have a first stage interview with two VPs from the Admin team, also on Teams. After that, you'll complete a psychometric test, which the team in the states will guide you through. Finally, there will be a in-person interview.
