Long interview process. Had a chat with a Director who was arrogant and disrespectful towards me, very old-school management style. This made me not want to put effort into the case study. I decided not to continue with them.
phone interview with HR, then going over my CV with a director, then a phone interview with a psychologist and some online personality tests, followed by a logical test and written test in the office, and finally two interviews with a director and a managing director.
The interview process had a lot of levels, making it feel like I was applying to the CIA. It was quite inefficient, and I felt like I was repeating the same conversation with different people in the company.
