Candidate-reported interview process
The interview process is long, but it makes sense because they want to hire the best. They let me know this upfront. I talked to different people during the entire process.
There were 5 interviews with consultants of increasing seniority, from Vice-President up to Managing Director. Also, there was a logical/numerical written test that all employees take, and a behavioral written test which is also standard for everyone. Lastly, there was an interview with a psychologist.
Applied via the campus website. Started with a phone interview asking about my background. The second round was an on-site interview on a specific day where all the finalists participated in a group interview.
