I had a phone interview, then took some online personality tests. About a week later, I was invited to a Superday which had 4 interviews and a call with the company psychologist. It was mostly behavioral questions, but there was a surprise case question. They really seem to want someone who's a specific fit and won't hire until they find that person.
I applied as an Analyst for the Economics Consulting team. It started with a recruiter call, then I went to the London Office for interviews with a vice president and an associate. The initial phone screen was pretty casual, mostly asking about my CV. The office interviews involved questions about my CV, my dissertation project, past work experiences, some economics topics, and a case study about a merger.
There were 6 phone interviews, covering both IQ and EQ assessments. The interviewers were really friendly and helped me get a better understanding of the company's culture and work environment. The whole process could take a bit longer than at other companies.
