Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was super straightforward. I met with the sole HR person for a chat and was asked some basic questions. They were really excited to show off their work culture. The interview was in-person at their Aiken office.

I did an online test on indeed and then had a phone interview. After that, I had a great in-person interview, but then didn't hear back at all. I sent a thank you email and tried to follow up with questions, but got no response. It was really unprofessional.

I had two interviews for this role. Both seemed to go well, but after the second one, they didn't reply to my follow-up email. I'm guessing they hired someone else, but they never told me they weren't moving forward with me.
