I had 2 initial screenings, and then a final round that had 3 case studies and 3 behavioral interviews. I got the offer pretty quickly, within a couple weeks. The whole experience was really great, and everyone I met was super friendly and made me feel welcome.

So, I had one in-person round which included a behavioral and a case interview. The final round was on-site and in-person, with a mix of case interviews and behaviorals. The interviewers were super friendly and welcoming. The case interviews weren't too hard, but you definitely needed some basic biology knowledge, like about drug development and the different phases of drug approval. They also asked about my research.

It was a three step process. First, a fit interview, followed by another interview with the senior leadership and a final case study. The first two interviews where to assess my general background and character fit, while the last one was a technical test of my skills (in both finance and healthcare).
