Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online and then HR reached out. We had a phone screen with the manager, followed by an in-person interview with the manager and the engineering lead. After that, I got an offer. A background check and clearance check were done before I started onboarding.

Got a call and email from the recruiter, they set up the interview, then got another email confirming it, and then the interview happened. The whole hiring thing wrapped up in 3 days after I interviewed.

The initial recruiter call was pretty straightforward and the recruiters were great. Then there was a phone screen which was also generally easy. The main interview felt like a good discussion where the interviewers clearly knew their stuff and what they were looking for.
