Candidate-reported interview process

It was with a couple of engineers and consisted of a mix of technical and behavioral interview questions. They were nice people and the questions were all fair. I was unprepared because I studied the wrong software engineering internship position.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, I had a screening call with a recruiter. Then, I had a more in-depth interview about my knowledge with a senior developer. After that, I did an in-person interview, which was fairly thorough, but I appreciated that they didn't have to give me a whiteboard coding challenge to gauge how much I knew.

I first chatted with a recruiter at the school's career fair. Then, I quickly got an invite for a phone interview. It was about half an hour long and mainly covered my resume and what the company is about.
