I had a great interview with AliMed. I had a first round phone interview with HR where I was asked questions about my experience and interest in the role. I then met virtually with a few members of the Customer Experience team where I learned more about the day to day of the job, what to expect, and was asked questions about how I would handle specific customer situations. We concluded with a short role-play section, and I was told that I'd hear back from HR regarding next steps shortly. I was then presented an offer!
The interview process with AliMed was great. I applied online and the HR Generalist reached out to me within 48 hours. The first round was a phone interview with her where she asked me questions about my previous career history, my skill sets, and my interest in the role. She then set me up to meet with the hiring manager and a supervisor via Microsoft Teams. The interview was pleasant and everyone was really nice.
The interview process felt really drawn out and like a waiting game with way too many questions, almost like they were playing mind games. They seemed quite picky, especially since I interviewed during COVID-19.
