I had interviews with 2 team members, one seemed inexperienced in interviewing, and the other just observed without their camera on. Then, I had two interviews with different managers, which felt redundant. After all that, the company ghosted me, not even sending a rejection. I wouldn't recommend applying here.

It was a three-part interview process, starting with HR, then my Direct Manager, and finally the Senior Manager. They asked Python coding questions, but there wasn't a separate code test. The first two interviews were in Russian because it's in Russia, and the last one was in English. The questions focused on what a QA person should know from prior experience in this kind of role.
