They asked about my computer experience, my level with Microsoft Office, and my English proficiency. They also inquired about my education and if I'm available for overtime hours.
First, they send a TestGorilla test with about 20 multiple-choice questions in English, maybe five of them involve listening. Then, to finish, you have to answer three questions in English: Describe your hobbies and future plans in your own words. State three reasons why you should be hired. Describe in your own words what you believe will be the most challenging aspect of this role. After this, they call you for a meeting with many more people at the Heredia site.
Initial call to get information. Then a two-question interview in English. Followed by an onsite test in English and a practical test. A Zoom video call to explain more about the role and what Align does, including details about the schedule, salary, and soft skills.
