The interview process started with a recruiter call, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager. The final round involved the hiring manager and a product team member. I was given a task to prepare a slide deck for a new product launch, which took about two weeks. Interestingly, I also had to ask people to add recommendations to my LinkedIn profile. After the third interview, I received no feedback despite multiple attempts to contact the recruiter. This lack of communication persisted for three years. A former employee also mentioned that the work environment wasn't great.

The recruiter reached out about 2 weeks after initial contact to set up a virtual on-site interview, which was about a week after that.

HR reached out and set up a phone interview, but they didn't call on the scheduled day. I emailed them afterwards but got no reply. Super unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates.
