The interview process is smooth and won't take much long. Within a week or two all rounds are completed. There was one technical round followed by a manager round. Sometimes there can be an extra manager round with leadership, and the last round is an HR round.
First, I had a virtual interview that included some behavioral questions. Then, I was invited to their office for the final interviews. The office interview involved meeting with 6 different employees and answering more behavioral questions.
The interview process involved being asked about the projects I am currently working on. Additionally, there were some Behavioral Interview questions and Technical questions. The technical questions were related to HCM, Compensation, Security, Business Process, Reporting, and Customer Relationship.
