Alight Solutions Project Manager interviews, decoded.

The interview process was fairly standard. Each interviewer was engaging and asked insightful questions relevant to the role. I went through about three rounds of interviews and received a response approximately three weeks later.

After an initial recruiter reach-out, I was asked to submit a written document answering some questions. A week later, I set up three chats with team members. I liked talking to them and learning about the role and their time at Alight. After that, the recruiter never got back to me, despite my follow-ups, and Alight never replied either, which was pretty annoying.

First, I was contacted on Linkedin. Then, I had a remote HR call with the recruiter. The discussion was about my professional experience and the tasks I do in my current role.
