Alicat Scientific Interview Questions

I applied and answered a few short questions. Then there was a phone screen, an online test covering logic, reasoning, and comprehension, and then a more formal interview. Unfortunately, after scheduling the formal interview, I was ghosted.

We had several interviews with people from different departments. Some were casual chats to see if you'd fit in with the company culture and if you were really into Science. It wasn't just the Sales team interviewing, but also folks from other departments that work closely with Sales.

The interview process is pretty standard, but they hit you with an aptitude test right at the end. I didn't even know about this until the very last moment. I decided not to do the test because, honestly, I don't think it sets a good first impression. A company that genuinely cares about its employees wouldn't make you take such a test. Remember folks, you're not just a number.
