They looked at my profile and asked me about my past work. It was a pretty chill interview, and I got some good advice. I learned a lot from it.
Had 4 video calls, two with design managers, one with the design lead, and the last one with HR.
The first step was an interview with the hiring manager. We talked about 3-4 project case studies, diving into the insights, my design thinking process, the product goals, and some UI stuff. I also had to do a presentation where I discussed some challenges I've faced and got some good feedback.
