Candidate-reported interview process
I passed an online test first, then there was a coding part. For the online interview, they asked me about two prior experiences related to data analysis. A busy business guy rushing to finish interview for supper.
I got a phone call, maybe it was the first round interview. She asked me some technique questions about statistics and machine learning, and also about my future plans. This part lasted about 15 minutes.
The interview process involved a medium-level SQL leetcode question, several technical questions about machine learning (like the difference between L1 and L2 regularization, NLP language models, and explaining SVM and kernels), and one behavioral question about my motivation for this program. There were no case studies.
