Candidate-reported interview process

The whole process was pretty disorganized. I wasn't contacted for a month after applying, then it took another month to get an interview. After the interview, it was another month before I heard back 😭😭, but everyone was nice and the interview itself was straightforward.

It was pretty easy. The first interview was about 30 minutes, and the second was about the same. It was straightforward and comfortable. Then you get an offer letter. After submitting the offer letter and documents, they'll set a start date. Once you start, you'll get trained. It's not a hard transition at all.

It was a good interview, they asked good and deep questions, and the interviewer was friendly. I'd recommend preparing for it by thinking about common questions about your work history.
