ALH Group Interview Questions

The interview process was smooth. The person I interviewed with was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. It gave me a good feel for the work environment's culture.

I had two interviews as part of the application process. First, an online interview with HR, followed by a second in-person interview with HR and the department head. Both interviews lasted about an hour each. The atmosphere was consistently pleasant and appreciative. Job-related questions were asked, but nothing overwhelming or inappropriate. In the second interview, a brief insight into daily tasks was also provided, which I found very positive. Overall, a fair and transparent process.

The hiring process took several weeks and was unfortunately very unclearly structured. After the interview, I was told multiple times that I would receive the contract the following week. I relied on this and didn't pursue other offers. In the end, however, a rejection came as a surprise with the reason that they could no longer manage to send me the contract in time and that starting was not possible. This information came much too late, although it was apparently relevant from the beginning. Overall, the process was very disappointing and unprofessional.
