The interview process consisted of three stages: a recruiter call, a manager interview, and an interview with the CFO. Communication via email was consistent throughout. The recruiter followed up at the end to share the outcome and suggested another role that might be a good fit.
The interview is in several steps. First, we have a meeting to introduce ourselves and the company. Then, you'll be given a test to complete. The second meeting is to review your work, give feedback, and let you know if you can proceed to the next stage, which is the on-site interview. On your on-site day, you'll meet the work teams and have a private conversation with the director.
The interview process started with a phone screening with a recruiter, followed by another call with an executive. I then completed a technical assessment, which was apparently for a controller role, but I did it anyway. After that, there was a Zoom meeting with a lead member overseas. An onsite session was planned but got cancelled/delayed, and I had another Zoom interview with a different executive. This whole thing dragged on for over a month, with video links constantly having issues that the recruiting coordinators had to fix. In the end, no offer was extended because they decided to revamp the position.
