The process was very organized with capable people who are welcoming and dedicated to their work, caring about others and their personal well-being, understanding that everyone there is a human being who prepared and dedicated themselves.

The hiring process at Algar for the IT Governance internship was quite straightforward and focused, just as described in the stages. After I applied, my resume was reviewed—I think because I'm studying Information Systems and had the PL/SQL and Oracle Database knowledge they were looking for, I was called for the next phase. The main stage was a single, but very thorough, interview conducted simultaneously by the area manager and the HR representative (TH). They delved deeply into my academic experiences with databases, but the focus quickly shifted to the behavioral and process aspects, given the role's emphasis on digital transformation and change management.

As pessoas foram divididas em grupos diferentes e cada grupo teve que preparar uma apresentação de slides sobre um tema escolhido, apresentando-os na chamada do Teams dentro de alguns minutos. Na época, era uma chamada com umas dez pessoas e chamaram apenas duas pessoas.
