The process was a bit bureaucratic and slow. The interviews were all remote because the position would be based at one of their clients in the region. Since it wasn't feasible for me, I didn't continue with the next stages of the process.

They were very clear about the tasks and services to be provided, and direct and clear about the professional profile they were looking for. The selection process itself was very fast in terms of interviews and contact.

The interview experience was bad. The job ad didn't list requirements, schedule, work location, or other basic info. You have to go to the location to find out. At Algar, they give you this info and do a quick interview. The next day, you go to the client for a test and supervisor interview. The supervisor said they don't give feedback on the selection process, which was surprising and disrespectful. The whole process should be in one day at the same place. It's unnecessary to make people travel to the company just for basic job info and a 10-minute interview.
