I was called for an interview, I even spoke with the manager but didn't pass. After a month, they called me for the same position. I told them, how was I called for this job if I hadn't passed the previous one? They apologized and ended the call.

The interview starts with a group presentation about benefits, salary, the company's history in the city, and its branches. Then, there are short individual interviews where they explain the job opening, ask about schedule availability, and if you have prior experience with telephone support.
