Alfred State College Interview Questions

Candidates will have web conference interviews with a search committee. Then, 1 or 2 candidates will come to campus for meetings with the committee and the dean. Academic positions usually include teaching a sample class.

I filled out this paper they had in the admin building and submitted it. They emailed me back about a week or so later with a time, and I had a 1-on-1 in person interview.

They have gotten better in the interview process. The interview processes are: 1. Face to Face interview 2. Group process Interview 3. Scenario Interview I think the interview is fun to go through and you will get to the point that you forgot that you are being graded in everything that you do within that hours. The best way to stand out is to speak up and have a great argumentative reason behind your answer.
