The hiring process was really structured. It took about three weeks with three distinct steps: two motivational interviews, focused on attitude and alignment with company values, and an in-depth technical one to assess specific skills.
I had a chat with HR and the department manager. They asked me to talk about my past work experiences and also checked my soft skills and if I fit the company's values. They also asked about my motivation and availability.
It was substantial and factual, giving a good understanding of what the company does and allowing candidates to show their potential. There were two stages: first with Talent Acquisition, then with the Manager.
