The process started with a quiz about purchasing, which I passed. They then asked for my documents. Initially, they wanted to discuss cable rates, and then asked me to describe products.
So there were 3 stages in the interview process. First was the HR screening which took about 20 minutes. Then, I had an interview with the procurement manager, that lasted between 45 to 60 minutes. Lastly, there was a 15-minute interview with the executive manager.
So I applied online, and after about a month, the HR reached out to set up the first interview, which was basically a screening at their head office in Sulay. Then, the second interview was a panel with the Procurement Manager for cables and transformer, another Procurement Manager, and someone from HR. I didn't get the offer because my experience was mainly in logistics and procuring services, but they needed someone with manufacturing industry experience and international materials sourcing. The interview itself was okay, though one person was pretty rude, showing up late and asking weird, unfocused questions.
