The interview process was really smooth and the interviewers came from different functional groups. The questions were relevant and my experience felt good. It was a whole-day onsite interview and the process changed a little after being acquired by AZ.
HR chat and a group presentation, then spent the rest of the day with one-on-one meetings. Finished with the hiring manager. It was pretty straightforward if you were prepared.
The interview process was frustrating and disorganized. The interviewer was late and seemed unprepared. They asked irrelevant questions and didn't provide much insight into the role. There were technical issues during the virtual meeting. The feedback given was vague and unhelpful, making it hard to know how I performed or what the next steps were. It was a discouraging and unprofessional experience.
