The people were great; it was a long interview process. It began with a phone screen, followed the next day by a very quick in-person interview. Since I was early in the process, there was a long wait while they interviewed others and made their choice. In the end, the timing didn't work out.
The interview process typically involves several interviews, including phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person sessions. The questions asked are generally standard interview questions. Often, you'll interview with multiple people at once. The final interview stage is consistently with HR and the founder.
I had an interview for a Presentation Designer role via Teams. I spoke with the Senior Graphic Designer and the Design Director, and they were both great. The interview felt really conversational. They asked me about my portfolio and described what the job would entail. I also got to ask them questions about the company. It was a very comfortable experience.
