The interview process was good and easy, mainly looking for Java and MEAN stack skills. The interviewers were helpful and the staff was good. I liked the office culture, but remote work isn't an option. It's a good company overall, though the salary could be better.
This is an in-person interview where they asked questions about the database and basic Java programming. If you're clear with the basics of one coding language and basic DSA, and have good knowledge of SQL, that's enough to crack this role.
So basically, the interview process had 1 aptitude test, followed by 1 group discussion, and then there were 2 rounds of face-to-face interviews that were scheduled at their office. The interviews touched upon networking, customer success, and some basic programming questions related to cloud services like Amazon Web Services.
