It was an easy interview with typical questions about my past work and abilities. I also had to do a computer simulation to test my ability to listen to calls while using the program.
I had a quick 15-minute phone call interview, I was actually working at the time and they didn't even schedule it. Then they brought me into the office for another 15-minute chat and then sent me home. After that, they asked me to come in for an assessment at 8 AM. When I got there, they told me their systems were down and they couldn't log in. They said the systems had been down since the day before, but they didn't bother to let me know. I told them how unprofessional they were and left. I haven't heard anything back from them about the assessment.
It was a very long interview where the general manager really tries to get to know you as a person and professional by asking you a bunch of questions. You'll often be asked to talk about times you did well or didn't do so well.
