Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was fast and easy. A recruiter called first to go over basic details, then they quickly set up a second interview with a team member. During the process, you'll be verifying a lot more than just the interview details, and they're very strict about their intake rules. They also have weekly QA reviews.

The interview process was simple and in a group setting. The questions were straight forward. They mostly wanted to know how you would act in certain scenarios. If you have had previous customer facing roles, you’d do fine.

It took about a month after applying to get a callback. I have call center experience, so this wait was hard. The interviewer didn't seem to know the functions of a call center, and I wasn't sure if she was a contractor.
